You can select PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF, PNG, or JPG in the builder. The 3D preview uses the local file for your on-screen preview.

A print-ready PDF is preferred. If the file needs production work, add a note for the label specialist.

The printed label builder supports up to 20 artwork versions. Each version keeps its own quantity, unwind direction, and notes.

The 3D preview is a configuration preview, not a production proof. The production proof is approved before printing.

Start with the product and where the label will be used. The builder narrows compatible options, and the label materials page compares all 28 stocks by surface, finish, and print process. If the surface or environment is unusual, a specialist can help.

Unwind direction defines which edge leads off the roll. It matters when labels feed through application equipment.

Choose roll labels when you print in-house. Choose printed labels when Reign supplies the finished printed roll.

Standard configurations show an online estimate in the builder. Custom sizes, materials, or production requirements may need specialist pricing.

The core is the inner cardboard tube the labels wind onto — it must fit your printer's spindle, and 2" and 3" are the standard sizes. The outside diameter (OD) is the full diameter of the wound roll, which determines how many labels fit per roll and whether the roll physically fits the printer. Both must match the selected printer.

Rounded-corner rectangles, square-corner rectangles, circles, ovals, and continuous stock without a repeating die-cut length. Custom shapes are supported through tooling review — the builder carries the requested geometry into the quote.

The matrix is the waste material around the die-cut labels. With matrix on, the waste stays in place on the liner around each label. With matrix off, the waste is stripped away in production, leaving only the labels on the liner — easier to peel at speed.

A timing mark is a black mark printed on the back of the liner that gives compatible printer sensors a registration target. Whether timing marks are available online depends on the selected printer and quantity.

A horizontal perforation line between each label lets rolls be torn apart by hand without scissors — useful when labels are applied manually rather than by machine.

Labels can run 1 to 10 across the web width. The count affects stock width and finishing; the selected size and production method determine which counts are available, and unusual layouts get a specialist check.
